There are different options available on how business services are applied that we will now detail below.

Managed IT Support Agreement

We provide fully serviced managed IT support agreements for business. This is our recommend option as this both allows you to manage costs and gives you full cover for your equipment. Managed IT Support works on a basis where equipment is maintained and monitored on a regular basis. The idea behind these agreements is that issues are picked up before they occur to stop any reactive measures to avoid downtime for your business. You will receive faster response times, cybersecurity audits, full business continuity backups, full remote help desk and on-site support, proactive monitoring and software/hardware maintenance.

Managed IT Support Agreements are under a contract of one year minimum. You will be given a bespoke monthly price depending on your business requirements. This is the most cost-effective way to implement IT support for your business.

Ad-Hoc IT Support

We provide ad-hoc (pay as you go) services for business. This is our least recommended option. This support is reactive without any of the proactive solutions we provide in our managed IT agreements. We provide both remote help desk support and on-site support under the ad-hoc service. We charge an hourly rate for these services plus call out fees. There is no negotiation on pricing, response times, or how the service is implemented.

Ad-Hoc IT Support is charged on a per hourly basis only. You will be charged per hour for all work we perform for you. The downside of this support is that costs can quickly become expensive. If your issue becomes complicated, you will not get the benefit of the secured monthly pricing that you would receive under an IT Support Agreement.

Not everyone is eligible for Ad-Hoc support. Depending on your requirements and IT setup we will not cover under this arrangement if we believe your business to be at risk by not having the correct support structure in place.
 
Service Conditions
 
There are often service conditions that are outside of our control. We often have to liaise with outside providers/suppliers and complicated situations that are outside of our control. All setups are different, and we endeavour to provide timely support to resolve any issues we come across. We are unable to accept liability or process partial or refunds for these issues. Any time that we spend is chargeable per the conditions above.
